What to expect in my Workshops.

Setting the Scene

We start with an introduction into what Art Therapy is and how it can be beneficial.

We then follow with a group ‘check in’ (warm up) to come together as a cohesive unit. We also do a meditation to feel grounded and connected to the space and one another.

Creative Journey

In our Team Building sessions, you'll have time to work together in small groups to communicate values and ideas through creative art expression.

In our Self-Care Workshops, you'll have time and space to connect to yourself through creative art expression using various art materials and gentle guidance.

Sharing and Closure

Time for sharing each group’s creation or an invitation to share individually in our self-care workshops.

We conclude by acknowledging the time spent together, reflect on any learnings or take aways from the session, and then we ‘check out’ of the space.

My aim is to provide your group with a playful, safe and creative way to connect as a team. The team building workshop is designed to strengthen the bond between team members through fun, hands on creative art expression. Through playful and creative communication, your team will build on their trust, acceptance and respect for one another.

Objectives:

  1. To deliver an activity that creates a wholesome shared experience for all team members.
  2. Provide a safe space for creative art expression, play and exploration of different art materials.
  3. Foster a sense of personal and communal empowerment through fun and playful interactions with others.
  4. Promote positive regard for all members of your team.

Self-Care Workshop

Give yourself time out from your day-to-day routine. ‘Check out’ from the care and support you give others, and ‘check in’ to your own care and support. Through meditation, mindful creation and artistic expression, reconnect to yourself and your needs.

My aim is to provide you with a playful, safe and creative way to reconnect with yourself. The self-care workshop is designed to strengthen your connection to self. By experimenting with art materials in a safe, playful and creative way, you will re-establish that connection with self, as well as remind yourself of the things that bring you joy and calm your nervous system.
